Pineapple also accelerates weight loss, reduces inflammation and cures colds and coughs. Mamma prepares yummy pancakes, desserts, ice cream, cookies, cupcakes with pineapples. I am also fond of eating fresh pineapple salads. Pineapple juice or smoothie is rich in anti-oxidant and is popular all around the world.

The fruit remains surrounded by thorny spikes and topped with hard and waxy leaves. It has a combination of tart and sweet taste. The structure and appearance of the fruit bear resemblances with pine cones hence the name pineapple has evolved.

Though waking up early can be tiring at the beginning. But once we get used to the habit of early rising, we will have more energy to take on the day. Early rising can help us to plan, set goals and make better decisions. It helps us to enjoy a peaceful, distraction-free time where we can remain more focused on what we are doing.
