It has been proved that consumption of chocolates reduces the level of bad cholesterol while raising the level of good cholesterol. Thus, lowering the chances of cardiovascular diseases like blood clots, diseased vessels, and structural problems. The anti-inflammatory qualities of chocolates help in treating brain injuries.
